G-Pack Manufacturing Ltd has recently completed tooling on a new heavy-duty 70mm frame corner protector.
This new design gives the highest ground clearance available for your window and door frames. It also allows for a true screw fix to both sides ensuring the very best protection. Screw ports are positioned so as not to foul outer frame ribs when fitted.
Manufactured using 100% recycled HDPE (high-density polyethylene) from end-of-life Local Authority wheelie bins. All of these are sourced from within 40 miles of our manufacturing base in Glossop, North Derbyshire. This plastic is strong, durable and will not crack or splinter in cold weather.
Our innovative design moulds the corner protector at a 45-degree angle within the tool. This allows us to remove any contact point with the corner weld on the frame, reducing the likelihood of cracking welds during transportation.
We are confident our new component is strong enough for large glazed frames and composite doors, yet economical enough for standard windows.
