We are pleased to announce that G-Pack Manufacturing Limited has been acquired by Titon Holdings Ltd, marking an exciting new chapter for our business, customers and our product range.
For many years, G-Pack has supplied high-quality injection moulded plastic components for the window and door industry, including bridge packers, flat packers, sill end caps and frame corner protectors.
Building on Our Strengths
Joining Titon allows G-Pack to build on the strong reputation we have established while becoming part of a business that shares our commitment to quality, innovation and customer service.
As part of the integration, Titon plans to bring the manufacture of G-Pack products into its Haverhill facility over time. This investment will provide greater control over production, quality and future product development while making use of Titon’s existing injection moulding expertise.
Business as Usual for Customers
Our priority throughout this transition is to ensure continuity for our customers.
G-Pack will initially continue to operate as a standalone subsidiary of Titon, meaning existing customer contacts, ordering arrangements and supply processes will remain unchanged unless we communicate otherwise. Customers can continue to expect the same products, service and support they have always received.
To help ensure a smooth transition, G-Pack owner Steve Barnes will join Titon on a fixed-term contract, working closely with both businesses throughout the integration process.

This acquisition represents an exciting opportunity for G-Pack. By joining forces with Titon Hardware, we are well positioned to expand our capabilities, strengthen our product offering and continue supporting the UK window and door industry for many years to come.
